Return and Refund Policy

*Return and Refund Policy to buyers at HM Personal Care*

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or wrong item. If you receive a defective item or wrong item, please notify us at eshopahmd@gmail.com with information on the product and the defect within 24 hrs of delivery. The product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Mail the defective product to our company address as given company direction. We will fully evaluate the returned product and advise you by e-mail, within a fair time frame, if you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the issue. If you are eligible for a replacement or refund, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase amount using the original form of payment. The refund would take approximately a week (7-8 business day) to be handled by our payment operator (On the basis of your payment method).

Terms & Conditions:

1. All the items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

2. COD payment will not be refunded.

3. All gifts or free product received with your purchase must be returned with your order.

4. We will not refund for opened or used products.

5. Return and Refund will only be considered for purchase from our site: https://hmpersonalcare.in/.

Items which will not be accepted for Return & Refund:

1. Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, or if original packaging is damaged.

2. Product is used or altered.

3. If the request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.

4. Free product provided by us.

5. Single product from Combo kit.

6. Item purchased other than from https://hmpersonalcare.in/

Any shipping and handling fees shown on the invoice or packing slip are not included in the refund. All return shipping costs must be covered by you and prepaid. Shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable. Any refunds will exclude the cost of shipping.

If the item is rejected by customs in a foreign country, we will not be held liable and the refund will be net of the to and from shipping charges. However, for international orders, we are responsible for the delivery until it reaches your country and will follow up to get it delivered. Please confirm that the item you order is accepted by customs in your nation. Please check for duty costs in your respective country before ordering, as we are not liable for any duty charges imposed by the destination country.
